Proprietor of Miller Mortgage and Miller Reality, Rick became an Iowa Licensed Realtor Salesperson in August of 1996 and initially worked for Furman Realty. In February of 1998 Rick received his Mortgage Dealer License in Iowa and established Miller Mortgage. In 1998 and 1999 Rick received his Mortgage Broker License in Minnesota and his Associate Iowa Real Estate License. In March of 1999, Miller Mortgage moved to its current location and at that time Miller Realty was established. Rick is currently an active participant with the Iowa Great Lakes Board of Realtors and the local Multiple Listing Service.

Before becoming a licensed real estate sales person Rick was a personal assistant at Furman Realty, scheduling assistant at Style Craft Furniture in Milford, Iowa, and production control/shipping coordinator for Honeywell/Alliant Techsystems Inc., in Edina, Minnesota. Rick has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management from Southwest State University in Marshall Minnesota.
